Geeky and Crafty
I’m Linda Gaines. In my professional life, I’m an environmental engineer and environmental health scientist. In my free time, I like to create. I make arts and crafts that tend toward the geeky side because I am geeky.
Home Decor
Not everything I create though is geeky. I enjoy making crafts to decorate my home for the holidays and seasons.
Practical crafts
I also enjoy making bags and similar type items. One of the reasons I like making bags is I can design them to my exacting specifications of color, size, and features.
Art
I also enjoy making art, mainly with fabric. There may be some geekiness in some of it, but much of my art is just pleasing to the eye. I enjoy art of a calming nature that often celebrates nature.
